week one.

So here we are on this beautiful thursday afternoon. I have just completed week one of my c25k program. Don’t I look happy?

Well I am. I am starting to get that feeling again. Where I actually feel GOOD after a run. I don’t feel tired, achy, or weak. It is amazing!

I am using Nike+ to track my progress. So here are my stats for this week…

Total Distance – 4.93

Total Time – 1hour 12 minutes 44 seconds

Total Calories – 367

 

I am getting there.. Slowly but surely!
